I had a King Suite, which was very roomy. The best part is the free shuttle service which services the airport and within a 5 mile radius.
This hotel is decent, but not at all what we expected paying $500 a night. We travel often and intentionally booked the presidential for the luxury and amenities as we have done several times in the past. When we arrived someone walked into our room without knocking. By the time I ended my call he was gone. We also found someone's food in the refrigerator, so as we left we let the front desk know and the person that walked in happened to be standing there and told us it was him. Expensive to park, the star rating is generous. Rooms need some attention.
Hotel was dated but very clean and comfortable. Location was great for the event we attended. The staff were extremely helpful. Starbucks barista was great. Pool was too cold and pool area was not clean. Public bathroom in pool was uncleaned.
Watch out during college World Series weekend, all about collecting cash instead of honoring their word and Hilton benefits. While staff is wonderful, they are focus on getting every dollar out of their customers and do not honor their word. Find a different place, I know next year I will.
