Extremely clean. Great prices and friendly staff
This was a PERFECT location to stay in Omaha! I really enjoyed being able to walk to anything in the downtown area and my room was comfy! The staff helped me with everything I needed and there was great coffee every morning! When I come back to the area I will be staying here again!
I had an issue with my 2 rooms in October, I reached out to the hotel and they got me taken care of. I was unable to take a Hilton survey with it being so late but 5 stars for customer service. Front desk was friendly and attentive, and I feel taken care of and would stay here again.
Service is alright but room has a lot of random black hairs on the bed as well as missing simple things like a pen and paper, ice tongs, etc. Breakfast was presented like it was included and then we were handed a check. Stayed here years ago and remember it being a lot nicer, feels like they have gotten cheap.
Rooms are good, clean but sometimes there are issues with heater / AC. Wifi was not connecting. Breakfast is very good. Overall I recommend.
