When I checked in Michelle made me feel welcome like a friend. Went over everything I needed to know and more. Speaking of more I had questions everyday and requests and always looked forward to seeing the girls at the desk. Michelle, Allie, Kristen, and Helena always made it fun, answered all my questions and anticipated some of my needs. Took care of everything with a smile and always with a cookie. Scott from engineering was fantastic he to help me with a problem inside the room with the air-conditioning. Michelle and Raidy at the front desk were absolutely superstars/superheroes little shot out to Levi.
Mark the van driver deserves recognition for the way he treats his guests. He is like a historian, a tour guide, and will give his opinion if asked. He actually helped make our stay a 5 star out of a 5 star visit. We looked forward to having Mark pick us up and we enjoyed our conversations. He spoke well about Doubletree and the history of the cookies. Very interesting! Please know that Mark represents you very well and so well that he should train the other drivers. Loved my stay here! I came for graduation and was nervous about how everything would work out in terms of check in, flights and the weather, but the Staff were super accommodating and helped with all issues! I definitely want to visit Omaha again and stay at this hotel. Michelle helped us with holding our luggage and extending our check out time due to our late flight. She was just as sweet as the chocolate chip cookie we got on our arrival . Definitely recommend staying here !
