This particular employee refused to let me in today, despite my Silver status and my Hilton Honors card. The card is registered in my wife's name, and she was running late; however, he still denied me entry and proceeded to cancel the reservation. He treated me with great disrespect—I do not recommend dealing with him at all. I certainly will never stay at this hotel again. His name is Ray Esagunde. My mother lives in a nearby assisted living facility so we are so glad to have found this wonderful hotel for week long stays during our visits. Kudos to general management for providing such restful stays with thoughtful and efficient employees. Housekeeping is diligent and responsive.
