This hotel was a waste of money. I can't sleep comfortably because they have configured energy saving on the thermostats(according to the staff). The fan turns on for 5 minutes and then turns off for 2 hours. There's 0 air movement in the room and they failed to provide me a fan upon complaining. My room is literally inhabitable at the moment.

The walls in the rooms are paper thin. I could plainly hear the conversation held in the room next to me. Doors slamming all night. I could hear a protest happening down the street so loudly I thought it was inside the hotel and I was on the 31st floor. The elevators are the slowest I’ve ever encountered. Sometimes waiting 10 minutes for one to arrive. Need to ask the cleaning staff a question? Don’t bother, no one I encountered speaks English. My check-in was supposed to be April 29th, but I had accidentally booked it for May 29th. I had just arrived from Brazil and was exhausted, but despite that, Jose handled everything so well — he helped me successfully change my reservation so I could rest comfortably. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was spacious and clean, and I absolutely loved my stay. Thank you so much, Jose

Get a room on a lower floor if at all possible so you can take the stairs. The elevators are horrendously slow; there’s only 3 elevators for 40+ floors and you will wait a long time every time you need to take an elevator. When I was trying to check out, I waited 10 minutes for the elevator only to not be able to get in because it was full and no one was willing to squeeze, and I walked down 11 flights of stairs with heavy luggage.
