There was an issue with our access cards, and we were instructed to go to the reception desk to have new ones issued. We waited in line for approximately 20 minutes. While we were waiting, two white women arrived with the exact same issue and went directly to the front. They were not priority members or guests and had no apparent reason to be served ahead of us. **Warning:** I am concerned that this hotel may treat white female guests more favorably than other customers. For example, while we were waiting in line to renew our key cards, several white women were served immediately without having to queue, even though they were requesting exactly the same service as we were. We informed the receptionist three separate times that we had arrived and were waiting before them, but this was ignored each time. This left us with the impression that we were not being treated equally.

I stayed here after discovering a rat in my Airbnb. I was having a horrible morning and I arrived at this DoubleTree and the service was amazing. I went early to drop off my bag because I was way too early for check in. The man at the front suggested I go check if there’s a room available for early check-in so I did.
