Perfect place to stay in New York. Fair price and great service!!!!!! Highly recommend
These rooms are not 310 sq ft as listed on Expedia at the time of this review. I notified Expedia and Hilton a month ago, and neither has corrected this. These rooms are just more than half the size listed, approximately 175 sq ft. I notified the hotel staff, and they agreed it was an error. The manager never contacted me. If you book this on Expedia, you will not get what you pay for, and the hotel management will not make it right with you. I had a great time staying at the DoubleTree, I had read about the lifts taking a long time to come but that never happened to me when I was there. The reception staff where very helpful and friendly and got our room cleaned when we asked them to. Breakfast was kind of expensive but not more expensive than anywhere else in New York.
Ideal for my stay, good staff, i liked tucked away location.
First and foremost, the location is excellent. The room was cozy and offered a lovely view. Service and cleanliness were top-notch throughout the stay. I truly enjoyed my time there and would absolutely love to return in the future
