Cookies were nasty. room requested (booked) unavailable. They ran out of clean towels. A cleaning cart was left outside my room for 2 days. Not worth your good time or money. The bartender was good! Front desk was as helpful as could be. If you have options stay elsewhere.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay, especially considering we spent over $400. The level of cleanliness and overall room condition was unacceptable. We checked in on 4/10 and did not arrive to our room until after 10 PM. Upon entering, the light switch was not functioning, forcing us to walk into a completely dark room while handling a heavy door—this is both inconvenient and a safety concern. They should have told me that they charge for stay on their facility and the safe in the room don't work.
Our room wasn't clean. The tub was NASTY
DO NOT STAY HERE!! I HAD BED BUGS and they did not help me at all whatsoever with getting a room at a different hotel they are completely unorganized and this place is extremely dirty. If I could give one star I would.
