Stayed at the hotel with a friend while our husbands were away and had the best time. The room was nice, the beds were very comfortable and breakfast was very food.. The highlight was the staff … Gregor at reception was lovely, (loved the “check in” cookies he gave us) and bar staff member Catie was also lovely and extremely friendly. All the other staff members we dealt with were very friendly … management should value their staff as the way they treat customers reflects on the business. Thanks for a great stay.

While ive stayed at alot of hotels i feel that my experience at Double tree by hilton sets it apart from anywhere else ive stayed. The staff were absolutely amazing, and we were given cookies at arrival and they even offered us complimentary coffee because our room was late to be ready. The staff had also left us a bottle of wine to "make it right" which was absolutely lovely of them. We stayed in a city view room which was more than worth our money, amazing view, beautiful bathroom and a decent ammount of space in the room.... read more

Left a set of personal belongings in the hotel and immediately reached out via messages and emails via app and directly to front office. Despite initial acknowledgement, there was never a follow-up or reply to address the lost item concerns after sending a few reminders. Extremely disappointing 'after sales' experience.
