My family stayed here and it was a horrible experience. Firstly, I spoke to a lady and she refused to let my family check in as I was listed as a guest but they were also listed as a guest and I had to call hilton customer service and confirm that they will be able to check in as they will arrive first. This lady refused no matter what to check in and then she contacted someone and finally let my family member check in who was also on the reservation. This lady at the front desk is so rude and made our experience unpleasant.... read more
Great service
I’ve never been so disappointed with Double Tree, it is not only outdated, overpriced, the manager clearly doesn’t care about the rights for people staying at the hotel. We arrived at the hotel to find out there is an event going on at their event room. We thought maybe the music would stop around 10pm, however, the excessive, prolonged loud music that trembles the floor continued after 12am midnight.
