This place is under construction. The staff does not answer phone not even for Hilton central reservations. Tried calling Friday from 1 to 5 pm no answer. Worst service.
I would say this place is fine except that for what it costs and what you get, it’s not fine, it’s very disappointing. The room was clean. That’s the only positive but I do consider that to be a big deal. So I’ll give them that. Everything else sucks. I don’t know how you charge this much money and clearly never put any of it into room repairs or upgrades. We had to switch rooms when we got in late because the first room we were given has the thermostat set to 60° and the unit under the window didn’t work so we couldn’t heat... read more
