Came to enjoy an event held here the cleaning staff are super friendly and plenty of parking.
Exceptional Service: We recently held a training session at our company and reserved a meeting room at the DoubleTree in Norwalk. I must say that the meeting room was very nice. Upon our arrival, the staff was excellent. I particularly want to commend an employee named Bertha, who was amazing and incredibly attentive during lunch at the hotel. Bertha truly left a lasting impression on us. Thank You!
linchen’s parking was way too small for my truck had to zip around the lot like 3 times just to get a spot. the front desk guy was super friendly thogh checked us in quick even gave us extra cookies for the road. rooms looked greate clean linens and that sweet sugary cookie smell really hit the spot after driving all day. if you’re in the area its a solid place to crash for the price pool looked nice too though I was too tired to use it. honest mistake with the bathroom light switch it took a minute to find it but thats just... read more
i was just so happy here, the staff were actually friendly and the room was clean and comfortable which is half the battle these days. we drove up from san Diego for a family thing and it was super convenient off the freeway, no traffic noise inside which i was worried about. breakfast was decent enough and the cookies hit the spot after a long drive. im already thinking about when i can come back it was that kind of stay.
The front desk receptionist was very kind and yes they do give out cookies for the amount of guest that you have. Which was actually delicious 😋
