My overall impression was positive, with a pleasant experience. The staff was quite good and the hotel's accessibility was a definite plus. However, the accommodations themselves were disappointing and left much to be desired. The general upkeep of the rooms was not good. ☹️
Hilton is the best I went from Member to Hilton Diamond Member since 2020 I just don't understand why I went from Diamond status to Silver! I would like to have a positive response I've kept up with how much you need to spend with calendar year right
