We had a sudden home flood and desperately needed a safe, comfortable place to stay with our son on the autism spectrum. From the moment we walked in, the DoubleTree staff exceeded every expectation. The entire team was incredibly friendly, compassionate, and flexible during a very stressful time for us. Stayed here for a few days for work. The whole stay was great and the entire team was very welcoming. I want to give a huge shoutout to Cynthia - who went above and beyond to help me after I left my laptop behind. While I was frantic, she calmly helped and was able to retrieve it safely. Thank you Cynthia!!!! Will definitely stay here again because of her great service.
DON'T STAY HERE THIS PLACE OVERCHARGES WHEN YOU DON'T EXPECT IT I BOOKED FOUR ROOMS AND THEY CHARGED FOR FIVE THEIR ROOMS ARE DIRTY THE CARPETING THE WALLS, THE ELEVATOR I ASKED FOR A CORRECTION AND THEY ARE LYING AND NOW I HAVE TO TALK TO MY ATTORNEY BECAUSE THAT'S MY MONEY AND THEY ARE THIEVES MY FAMILY GAVE ME A BIRTHDAY PARTY FOR TURNING 60 AT ANOTHER LOCATION AND THIS IS HOW IT ENDED MY HEART IS BROKEN THIS IS A VERY DISHONEST COMPANY SAVE YOUR MONEY
Well, we were stuck. I had my grandson out at one of his favorite arcade places and my piece of utter junk new Tesla blew a tire. We were an hour from home. Now, to get another tire, filled with foam and there is no spare at all, that takes hours and hours. You can't just call someone local to get one. You have to call Tesla and it is a nightmare.
