Had a very Nice Girl Greet Me at counter.very pleasant.Was Very Helpful and made some Great accomadations..Which worked out Better than i Thought.Very Nice Place to Stay .Breakfast Buffet was Excellent.Robert 198!!
The hotel is clean but the receptionist Katie Dundorf is really disastrous, she speaks to you with sarcasm and a bad attitude, she takes any comment personally and canceled my reservation, she is a true disaster as a hotel worker, I hope they can give her guidance on customer service and teach her a little humility and respect for others, it is a shame that such an ill-mannered and sarcastic person is in charge of customer service.
