Good service, great location
Rooms are kind of old and dark, although they are updating them. We didn’t get any cookies at check in, and when I asked for cookies later, the lady said “sorry we only give cookies at check in”. Downtown London feels dangerous.
such a great stay & such nice and helpful staff!
Awesome I was at breakfast recovery today they where awesome people who help me with knowledge of where to go and everyone working on that floor was always smiling.
They upgraded our room for free to the penthouse suite with a full kitchen. It was awesome! The breakfast buffet was fantastic and all the staff were incredibly friendly.
