Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and flexibility at this hotel. I mistakenly booked a same-day reservation through Expedia on December 23 at 13:59 when I intended to book for mid-January. I realized the error immediately and contacted Expedia within 19 minutes, well before the 3:00 PM check-in time. Expedia contacted the hotel promptly, and I also called the hotel myself.
