We enjoyed out time at the Double Tree here in Leominster. We were there for a family reunion. The bed was super comfy and the room was super clean. The only complaint that I have is that when we stepped off of the elevator to go to our room, in the hallway it smelled like a wet dog. The carpets in the hallway smelled, but once we got inside of our room the sent was gone.
This was my first time staying here. Brittany was very accommodating beforehand to my family for the block of rooms we had reserved. However, once I received my room that’s where it went downhill. Immediately upon entering my room the strong stench of a wet dog filled the air. This hotel claims to not be a pet friendly hotel but it’s as if I walked in to a groomer and the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. Others also complained of a similar smell in the hallways. Good location. Rooms clean. Helpful staff.
My favorite hotel in Leominster. Rooms are spacious and good to work from. Onsite restaurant is convenient, good, and reasonably priced. Nice indoor pool area.
