The staff was lovely, the room cozy, and the fish and chips at the hotel restaurant were so massive, I briefly questioned maritime law. But the bathroom caulk...at one point I wasn't sure if the floor met the tub or if they were just on speaking terms. Water's got easier ways out than I do after a family gathering. Great stay overall, but someone needs to lay a bead on that shower situation.

Nice place. We had a conference there and I feel they did well. I'm happy with the room and the service.
Probably one of my favorite hotels to stay in. The rooms are a little dated for a Hilton and could use a fesh upgrade, but regardless, I always enjoy my nights here. The front desk staff is nice and checking in is always a breeze. Nightly entree specials in their restaurant/bar. Bartenders stay busy most nights I've been there but service isn't affected. The location is pretty much center of Leominster and all the retail and food the town has to offer. Thanks for making each stay a pleasant one!
