Hotel is nice & clean. Didn’t like having a front and back door to my room. Seeing as how I’m traveling alone. Staff polite and friendly!! Weird think happened as soon as I pulled in the parking lot I received a text from Amex that I was charged $25. When I got to the check in counter I was asked for a card for $25 incidental fee. Showed her where I’d already been charged and they took care of it without me having to swipe my card and give $25 a second time. I’d definitely stay here again! Customer service is great! Rooms were good, clean, cozy. The AC or heater workers great. The shower pressure could be better but is normal for hotels. Food was surprisingly really good. I do recommend eating there. Workers were kind and understanding, helping me find my room.

Our stay at the Doubletree Hilton in Lawrence was super pleasant! The front desk worker was incredibly friendly, and offered us warm chocolate chip cookies. The hot tub was out of order, but they offered refunds for people who had reservations. Our room was in a great location, and super quiet. The toiletries were nice, and the room was very clean. For the price, this was a really great day!
