So I am a reserve diamond member, and when I checked in, I requested a late checkout. The gentleman told me that the latest that he could do would be noon and they do that for everyone that request a late checkout and that I would have to call to be able to check out later. When I did call the next day, no one answered the phone and I called several times not just to request a late checkout, but also took a complaint about the water in the room. Tired old hotel. Rooms weren’t cleaned well. Old carpets, bathrooms also older. Hotel desperately needs an update.

Soo disappointed on my day 3 of 6 stay with my family at this hotel. I chose to stay here during a family visit from Texas and wish I could cancel my stay. On day 2, I asked the lady at the front desk if there is a pool in the building and she blatantly said no, I asked if there were any kids activities and she said no, clearly showing that my two kids and I were inconviniencing her.
