One of the things I remember most about this hotel is the toilet in the bathroom. This thing was for a 5 yr old or a very short person. Every night was a challenge, who's idea was that anyway. They had digital keys that only worked sometimes and would open the door if you sat on your phone. The elevator did not have a working vent so it was like a sauna once the doors closed. I stayed the weekend not a pleasant experience, this is not a 4 star hotel.

Double charged my card and my company’s card, smells terrible in the rooms and they’re not very clean, and the front desk worker was not helpful or proactive with the mistake he made. He also never said what he was charging me for and just had me tap my card blind.

A decent stay but there were some issues. Various stains in the room (including on the sheets), a/c not fully cooling to set temperature, and some out-dated aspects of the hotel make this stay a 3/5 stars. Check in/out was very easy, and the bed was comfortable. It was fine for a 1 night stay but probably wouldn't have stayed any longer.
