Loved the outdoor entrance only. Feels like im in my own house.
The hotel was nice, I have no complaints. My only issue was the location. It was way further out in Laurel than I anticipated. But that is not an issue, moreso my fault for not planning better and really looking at the map. But if you are looking for a hotel in Laurel make sure you confirm where in Laurel and how far it is from your actual destination.
Natacha helped me get checked in and made me feel comfortable within minutes of my arrival. The process was smooth, friendly, and welcoming. My room is great and I couldn’t be happier to be staying here. Excellent service and hospitality
