Exceptional customer service with servers
This hotel really needs to do some updating. Too many of the areas in our room seemed like it was patched hastily. The sink had issues with the water taking forever to drain. The toilet seemed to have issues as well, you have to tinkle with the handle to stop the water from running.
The shower has a ball of hair in it. The desk reception has not offered another room. They are sending a janitor and told me housekeeping is gone for the day and no one will be cleaning the shower. Do with that what you will. Very disappointed.
