I travel considerably across the country and generally stay at a Hilton hotels all of the time. I was very disappointed with the executive floor and room because I usually have two separate areas. The Diamond service was disappointing. I always get snacks, coke, and water on arrival, in the executive room, or in the hospitality room on the floor. None of that happened at this hotel. I do not plan to stay here again. I wasted a chunk of my points on this visit.
Nice location with a great view. The fresh cookies are delicious. I had trouble getting in my room twice because housekeepers hadn’t cleaned it. They finally gave me another room after waiting an hour. The rooms are nice a comfortable but mine was getting dated.
