The hotel was very clean. Nice pool. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with many hot and cold selections. We had dinner Sunday night at the Burger Bar where we created our own burgers. They were delicious. Had wings for an appetizer. I highly recommend this hotel. We will be back. The staff was super friendly and helpful with directions. The front desk clerks Allie and Alex went out of their way.
While I will give full credit to the Burger Bar for a great meal... that is where the compliments have to end. We loved other DT hotels so we found this one last minute. Needed ADA accessible room and the staffer must be new.. did not tell me the price, did not offer cookies, and did not know which way to go to get to the room. Over rated...Pay 172.36 total for just 1 night, and no continental breakfast unless you're a Gold or Diamond member...I'm a Hilton Honors member and have never stayed and told no breakfast unless your Diamond or Gold member. Breakfast is 13 bux extra each. So that would've added 26 dollars more making my stay 200bux for a ck in at 730p and ck out at 10a...less than 14 .5.hrs I'll never stay at another Double Tree Ever Again!! Great Hotel! The burger at there restaurant was awesome! Alex the Manager was a super nice guy! Definently will stay here again!
