This hotel desperately needs to be renovated. You have to hold the toilet down for ten seconds to flush it, the shower took five minutes to get hot, and every single thing about the entire hotel looks disgusting and old. I will never stay here again.
Great rooms and quiet. Great location near a variety of restaurants and activities.
Would give 5 stars but wifi is limited. Staff was very helpful trying to assist but after reaching out to technical support some devices will not connect.
I want say first The staff there was very welcoming Very nice. I had booked a two night stay because my daughter had a ballgame. Which the night before had a bad storm which called off the game the next day. The ONLY problem that I had was there was roaches in my room. And another thing too too. Since my room was a prepaid I had asked to get a refund for one of the nights. Do NOT recommend staying here. We traveled from KS to NC and as Hilton Gold members, chose to stay at only Hilton hotels on our journey. The staff are friendly and the beds are comfy but that’s about where the positives end. The room has a stale smoke smell to it which is very upsetting considering the amount of money we paid to stay here. The TV struggles to switch channels and has no options for little ones.
