For the price point of the room the hotel was outdated and disappointing in the amenities provided. From the room you could hear everything from the hall and adjacent rooms like they were in the room with you. They shower head was just a basic head, did not match the contours of the shower so it would have suited someone short better and the hot water literally took 4 minutes to finally reach full temperature. My teenage son left a pair of shoes from a recent trip to this hotel. Natalie helped me track them down and shipped them back to us. Her customer service while dealing with the lost shoes was 10/10 - she couldn't have been more helpful or friendly!
This place was nasty. The rooms smelled moldy, there was black mold in the shower, they over charged us for the started couldn’t figure out how to refund, the restaurant was dirty and there was no service.
