Great hotel and even better staff. Alex at the front desk is very accommodating and a pleasure to talk to. The hotel is going through a renovation but the completed rooms are very nice. The bar/restaurant has great prices and the location is great with plenty to do.
I stayed here for 2 weeks and the staff was very friendly! Great southern hospitality! Clean rooms!
Avoid this hotel like the plague. Under construction and drilling is heard throughout morning and day. Trying to work in room while under construction is akin to that of a Soviet interrogation site
The staff absolutely go above and beyond to accommodate guests, particularly Sis. She made sure we had everything we needed each day and our parents were made to feel comfortable.
I am genuinely excited for the next time I have to be in Johnson City. This location is top-tier. I'm not sure why people keep mentioning renovations, when my stay was unaffected and my room was updated, beautiful and spacious. The staff is so gracious and the beds are, in fact, insanely comfy. By far the best hotel I've stayed in within the state. I will be back!
