DO NOT STAY HERE! This hotel is in need of some serious TLC - It’s outdated, filthy and smells. I was beyond shocked. Hilton needs to bite it and close it down for a remodel or a hose down. I would not stay here again. Please note that the staff at this hotel was extremely helpful and kind.

Highly surprised! I don't believe I have ever experienced a Marriott so runned down. Lobby is deceiving to include the essence of having a Ruth Chris in it. I am not sure where they are allocating their funds...but as the church says it, "building fund!" I am disappointed to say, the rooms were quite depressing and the condition of the carpet made me keep shoes on my feet. This is NOT an experience one would normally get in an elite or prominent hotel like the Marriott by far. Leadership, what is going on?

We checked in pretty late on this app after driving in from out of town. Walked in and was hit with the smell of mold and musk. Stains all over the carpets and couch/chair. One plug in my the bed didn’t work and the other one literally sparked when I plugged in my phone. The shower had mold all over it and looked like it wasn’t even attempted to be cleaned. Mind you, this was one of the more expensive rooms. Walked downstairs and checked out within 5 minutes of being there. Staff was kind!

All the photos make it look clean and nice; only the lobby looks really good. The rooms smell like humidity, the bathtub has mold, the pictures on the walls are stained from moisture as if they had gotten wet, parts of the walls were missing paint, and everything looked in poor condition. In the photos, it all looks like a newly renovated hotel, but in reality everything is old. I had booked for 3 nights but only stayed 1 night because I didn’t want to stay any longer in that place. It was actually RUTH CHRIS STEAKHOUSE we visited, abd it was very nice. Dessert actually saved the dinner. We celebrated our anniversary ❤️ and ordered filet&shrimp, creamed spinach, and chocolate cheesecake. Our dinner took 40 minutes to arrive, steaks were overdone, and though they were very kind to ask, we weren't going to send them back to the kitchen as we wouldn't have made it to the concert in time. So we'll never be back there. At least service and dessert were fabulous 👌 so that was a sweet ending 😋.
