Pics online are from 15 years ago, rooms are dirty walls dirty carpet smells showers have mold.
Horribly expensive parking - paper thin walls
The hotel allows pets. Room and hotel stinks to high heaven.
Didn't have a fridge/microwave in my room. Stained carpet. Slanted bathroom. Don't pay the overpriced breakfast buffet. The positives was the staff friendliness, pool area and view. The Southbank walkway, balcony. The staff can only work what there given with. So it all starts at the top! 1-star for the owner/owners of this old place!
By far worse experience ever... the showers was stopped up. Mold in the tub mold on the shower heads. While showering bathroom floors was soaked ect.. also I booked two rooms. One of my rooms was not ready and they have the nerve to hold a 100 deposit as if the rooms aren't already trash. You guys have to do better. Im surprised this location is still up and running
