Though rooms are not that new anymore yet the location is great. Especially the view!

Dates facility but well maintained and very comfortable. Jax River by night is spectacular from the hotel room balcony.

Worst place ever. It is so gross, smelly, paint coming off the walls, carpets all stained. I literally cannot believe this place . I came with my 3 kids on our way to Atlanta to see my friend who plays on the Icemen and am just appalled that this place can be open . I am for sure asking for a refund. We had to move rooms because the tub was full and leaking when got there. Then we were put near an elevator and you can hear this awful noise. Don’t stay here

The view was very nice but the room was in poor condition for it to be $248 total for one night. We only had half of roll of tissue. The shower was clogged so water was rising as we took our showers. There was no microwave or mini fridge nowhere in sight. Bed was cozy.

Nightmare Hotel Due to Poor Management My trip was ruined due to we had to move to three different rooms within 24hrs after arriving. First room assigned bed was slept in and appeared to be occupied. Instead of the manager offering to have housekeeping reclean the room, I was offered another room even worse. The carpet was so bad and disgusting which later I found was a work room by previous construction men who had dropped tar all over the floor and this room should never have been assigned to anyone.
