…Rooms were clean, spacious, and functional (suites include fridge and microwave)…and yes, the hotel and furniture is dated, but they make up for that with everything else. Service was OUTSTANDING! The front desk staff were helpful and HOSPITABLE! Views were IMPECCABLE!!!! Location is THE BEST!!!!!

Our stay was extremely disappointing. We were locked out of our hotel room for almost TWO HOURS, and even security’s key could not get the door open. What made the situation worse was that we weren’t even offered another room until we had already been waiting for almost an hour. Being stuck outside of a room we paid for, especially that late at night, with no immediate solution was completely unacceptable. The room itself was also very disappointing. Only good thing about this place is possibly the location and Ms Ezzy from the breakfast lounge..oh and free cookie they offer you at check-in. My experience - had a late check-in and after changing rooms twice I gave up because I was too tired to keep going downstairs to the lobby to explain to the lady who seemed unbothered by my complaint on the room. First 511, room immediately plumbing issues, could not flush the toilet, the cashier sent an engineer and he showed up with a plunger as if that would help the slow flow of ... read more
