So you have arrived at HOU airport and have to find somewhere to sleep for the night?? DoubleTree by Hilton is a good option. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked kept the room at the set temperature. There are limited dining options in the nearby vicinity, however the restaurants in the hotel are great.
We stayed here the night before our flight and it was great. It was a very quiet stay. I'm a light sleeper and I didn't hear a thing all night. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, and it's close to Hobby. This is where we will stay for every flight out of Hobby.
The carpet in the room was FILTY!! I walked around in socks and I had to throw them away. There was no way I could put them back into my luggage, no even in a bag. The room had a musty smell as well.
