Great hotel near the Houston Hobby Airport. Great location. Amazing guest service. Rooms were clean and quiet. Pool was a little cold but you get acclimated quick. The food at the bar was super good. Heavy pours in the cocktails. Service was impeccable.
The rooms are spacious, the bedding very comfortable. The room was clean but dusty. There wasn't much toilet tissue on the roll and no extra.
We stayed at the DoubleTree for a singing convention. The staff is excellent!! The folks at the front desk were extremely kind and accommodating to a bunch of women. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I like that the bathrooms have the hair products and shower gel in a pump dispenser. There was also a dispenser of body lotion. That makes it so convenient. We will be staying here again for our next year's convention and I look forward to it.
