In room conditioner is empty, sink is crack. Floor is dirty Service is terrible, not friendly at all
DO NOT walk into breakfast!! They make it seem like breakfast is free but they have no sign saying Breakfast is not complementary like every other hotel. Breakfast cost $30 per person! They charge $5 per glass of orange juice which isn't a big glass at all. Absolutely scam
Latasha was so extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. Although we were not able to make our stay she made sure to help me over the phone. Patience and kindness go a long way and she did just that! Thank you Latasha from the Soto Family
Quite possibly the worst managed doubletree I’ve ever been in. I don’t post and this compelled me to. If you have other options, I implore you to use them
Only one elevator for the entire hotel and staff? One person in our party got stuck when it wouldn't open to our floor. We started using the stairs. The room doors stick and it takes 3 or so tries with the key to open. Front lobby staff was terrible, rooms weren't ready until an hour and a half after check in time. My beach view room I paid to upgrade is really a pool view with the hut roof of the pool bar directly out my window. Warm cookies upon arrival? Nope, not that either. (No cookies)
