Below expectations for a Hilton Poor housekeeping — only two towels provided, needed repeated requests for more Bar service slow and ran out of draught beer and towels Room felt tired and not worth the price External construction noise and disruption Good location and nice shower amenities Overall, service and upkeep below Hilton standards
Reception give us beautiful warm cookies and we got 2 bottles water as complementary in Room (wishes was in fridge was hot day ), and room, bathroom was very clean ,wishes the shower head need more pressure ,sadly with renovation view was different angle 1st time view wall but as becoming member thru app ,I could chose room and view 2nd time my view from pool , did have complain ,was resolved straight away ,food buffet for breakfast was cold ( we were there at 6.30am) thank you reception resolved quickly
So fantastic, the rooms are so spacious and luxurious. The bathroom are so beautiful and stocked with basic toiletries, the hotel staff were kind and welcoming. Will definitely stay again
Nice spot on the esplanade, very big pool and eating area. Renovation of the exterior of the building is currently under way but didn't effect our stay.
