Had rendering poured over our car from the repairs going on. Spoked to reception she sent a email to management, no response from them had to get repairs done our self. While waiting we decided to go down to the pool , having a drink then a big piece of render landed on our table. So dangerous. They charge a lot of money to stay there and it's crap. I made a booking online for a colleague, I filled out all the correct details and choose all the right options online, I regularly book hotels for staff - I know what I'm doing.
