I had already checked in online and opted for digital keys which it specifically says you can skip check in and go straight to your room, but the digital keys were working so we had to check in at the desk. Then when I booked the rooms (which was at the same time and should have been on the same reservation) it charged them as separate reservations and so I had to pay a deposit on each room individually. Great place, friendly staff, the only down fall is the homeless hanging around the Area. But all in all, it is a great place
