Wow....this property embodies the term customer forward. The hospitality rhat my family and I received when checking in was on point. The front desk agents were helpful with local recommendations and the rooms and lobby were super clean and inviting. Big shoutout to Kaitlyn and Anna at front desk. They rock. As a tour operator, I recognize professionalism and experience. If you are coming to Decatur, 100% recommend staying here. Captain Pipp- New Orleans
