Customer service was horrible and could not get any help we found 4 spiders in the bed and they wouldn’t move us to another room nor did the front desk have the district manger number and I couldn’t get no accommodation they wanted us to sleep in this room with all these spiders Double tree do better because was the worst experience ever
Upon arriving we were giving in adequate direction to find our room. It seems as if they combined and old hotel with a new one. We were unaware when booking for 280$ that we would be put in the old part. When walking in the room is reeked of cigarette smoke. Then our immediate attention gazed over to the bed. It was thin and very flat. It gets even better when we were greeted to unexpected guest names Roaches in the bathroom! Never again
STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS WRECK AS POSSIBLE. This was the worst hotel stay experience I have ever had in my life, NO EXAGGERATION. The service is horrendous, they don't pay attention to anything or anyone coming in and out of the building... This is extremely dangerous behavior, They are far too busy on their phones or laughing and joking around with each other or hiding where they can't be found.
