Stayed here three times in three weeks for business. The location makes it difficult to get in and out of the hotel area, and trying to get a taxi/Uber from there can be difficult at some hours (don't book there if you have an early morning flight, you might not be able to get a ride). But the hotel itself and the staff were quite good, absolutely no complaints there.
I have stayed in probably a hundred different cities over the years and this was absolutely the worst stay ever !! Check in was horrible - we had to change rooms before we finally settled in. The door would not open, maintenance guy said they have had problems with the door before. Next room we had a large group next door that made lots of noise. Stayed one night out of two, car got broken into and ransacked. The management was very poor didnt offer refund and cant or won't even check cameras for 3 more days. Placed a police report and left immediately. I will say the staff that got towels and cookies were nice . Though management was not remorseful or even helpful as my kids and everyone was scared and freaked out the manager girl with a sleeve of tattoos was rude and unhelpful. Service was terrible, long story short my cousin had her daughter's sleepover birthday party there...While at the pool, Assistant Mgr accused us of not having a reservation, asked if all "those black kids" were ours,we had 5 girls, not sure who other children was, but not the point,we were told our children needed ARMBANDS 🤔, but NONE OF THE KIDS HAD ANY.......COPS CALLED AFTER SHE REALIZED MY COUSIN WAS INTELLIGENT, NOTHING CAME OF IT BC MY COUSIN IS A 20 YEAR VETERAN OFFICER SO SINCE THEY SENT BATMAN & ROBIN, SHE SCHOOLED... read more
