My vehicle was vandalized in hotel underground parking Aug 28 2025 Taylor front desk was very rude and spoke over me claiming hotel would only refund 70 dollars max because of 3rd party management. Nice room but not worth parking any vehicle in this area overnight. Underground parking is NOT secure and it costs an extra 20 dollars a day. Check out other locations - Moose Jaw? Butdon’t stay downtown Regina. Sorry Regina this hotel let you down. Won’t be coming back.
Rooms were very clean and we were more than satisfied.
The buffet breakfast was next level. The chef was called to make me a omelet. And my favorite was the healthy smoothy "shots". And we has friendly servers pooring coffee and taking our empty plates.
Big rooms, a little outdated but still okay. Great city view (based on the room I was in). The hotel is in downtown.
Great hotel, staff were interactive positive and informative.
