It wasn't the worst hotel I've ever been to, but I did have some problems with it. The AC would not turn off and was very loud. The water in the shower only got warm at best. Somehow the water in the sink was hotter than the bath. There was also no microwave in the room, which I've never encountered in any hotel. Let me preface this by saying I work for a hotel company, so very rarely do I submit reviews. But, with this stay, I had to ensure something was said. Upon arrival, I was greeted by an overnight front desk agent who was high on some type of drug (former stoner here). He spent more time staring at his phone instead of checking me in at 10:50PM. If i could give it 0 stars i would!! They had no hot water or breakfast for the duration of our stay, the room they put us in was horrifying, and they only had one working elevator. The AC was leaking and soaked the carpet, the pullout couch was stained with feces and the mattress in the pullout couch was stained with urine. We couldn’t figure out where the smell was coming from for days until we actually needed to use the couch and we found the source!
