Amount of fees were never disclosed. Breakfast is not free, nor was that ever disclosed or even offered. Person working front desk was rude and disrespectful. You never address concerns as 'gripes and complaints'. Location was confusing late at night. When arriving you had to make a u-turn, then immediately turn right. And beyond that, it was still confusing.
