I've never left a hotel review before, but I feel as if this one needs to be posted: Though the people who work here are lovely and helpful and the breakfast is good, the room was extremely dirty. The floor was sticky and there was hair in my bathtub. There was also what appeared to be chips on my bathroom floor. Housekeeping never addressed my room. Apparently, they didn't address many of the rooms because trash and towels were dropped in the hallway after field workers returned from their shifts. Most of the renovations and room designs appear to be suitable upgrades. The bed and linen was comfortable. The towels were discolored, but appeared clean. There are some building demolitions occurring nearby. Hopefully, beauty and luxury standards will follow.

Can't speak highly enough of my experience at this location. From being greeted by warm cookies, offered to help bring bags up, the spacious rooms, it was genuinely a great experience from beginning to end. However, it was the fact that somehow I forgot all of my clean clothes in the room and didn't realize until I was already across the country that really allowed them to shine.
