People are nice but the positives end there. I have to share that this is the dirtiest Doubletree I've been in and possibly the is dirties hotel. I am in hotels nearly every week for work. Sometimes I'm in 2 hotels a week. The lobby and desk area are disgustingly dirty. The first room I was given was so dirty... dirt and debris all over the floor. Toilet and shower was dirty. Well....the staff we saw were very nice. They texted us to see how everything was going. We did not have shampoo or body wash in the room. They were quick to get us some. There are no microwaves in the rooms. That is on us. They do have a communal microwave in the lobby. The housekeeping is subpar. When we got into the room when we walked it was very noisy and our shoes were sticking to the floor. I'm guessing mop n glo? There is definitely a smell? I was 8n town on business and needed a place for a short stay. The check in and check out process was simple. The room clean and updated. No carpet, updated bathrooms. My issue was the bed. I felt like I slept on rocks. The bed was extremely hard, and warn. I was glad it was just 2 nights, not sure my back could have taken more than that. If it wasn't for the bed, I would visit again, but will find a different place for my next visit.
