I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. DO NOT STAY ON THE 1ST FLOOR, STAFF IS RUDE, LOUD, COME TO WORK SMELLING LIKE WEED; WHICH LINGERS IN HALL AND INTO YOUR ROOM, AND TREAT BREAK ROOM LIKE A CARD PARTY ROOM! ZOOM IN ON THE PICTURES ITS SPEAKS A 1000 WORDS. NEVER IN MY TRAVELS HAVE I EXPERIENCED A DOUBLE TREE LIKE THIS. I COMPLAINED ABOUT NOISE LADY ON FRONT DESK 3/15/26 WAS MAD I MADE A COMPLAINT ABOUT BEING WOKE UP SUNDAY MORNING BY LOUD STAFF. As a Hilton Honors member, this was one of the more disappointing stays. With a reservation for 3 nights, 4 days, we cut it short at 9 hours. The area is sketch. Required to be buzzed into the lobby when we arrived. Reception and keys issued went fine. When we got to the room, it was not what we reserved, two doubles vs a king. No other rooms were available. We walked into the room and both my spouse's shoes and mine stuck to the floor as we walked through the room. They made sticky suction noises throughout. Definitely did ... read more

There are 2 EV stations at the front (past entrance, near handicap) and neither worked 😕

Booked my stay here as a surprise for my best friend’s birthday and I’m extremely disappointed. The water never gets hot in the rooms. I brought it to their attention the first time and was told “It depends on the time of day”. Since when does it depend on the time of day if a hotel has hot running water. Taking cold showers was not on the agenda after traveling all day from another state. We’ve been taking cold showers the entire weekend. I complained again to the front desk, was put on hold then was told she wrote it down.... read more
