When your fiance calls at 10:38pm crying because someone tried to break into the room, there are issues. They somehow managed to bypass the door lock. What woke her was the door slamming into the safety latch. She called the front desk, and they were not helpful. I had her book a room somewhere else that she would feel safe at. Had her called the none emergency police line to file a report and see if someone could escort her out of the room and to her car. I was shocked how big my room was! It was so clean and I didn't expect them to clean for just a 2 night stay! Very nice people every time I was in the lobby too. Don't forget your warm cookie.

Room was ok. This hotel is older and shows signs of wear. In the morning I asked for coffee and was told I would have to buy it. No complementary coffee.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed at the DoubleTree Hilton in Colombia on Thursday, August 25 and Friday, August 26 for a work event, and the experience was wonderful. The staff at reception were very kind and helpful, the breakfast was excellent with great service, and we were warmly welcomed with the signature cookie and water. Great place to stay if going to a Merriweather concert offering free shuttle service to and from. Up to date and clean rooms. Front desk was very friendly.
