Just stayed here for 2 nights, had paid for room and breakfast at reservation. Upon check out I found that they had charged for the breakfast. I spoke with front desk who indicated they would look into and call me back. No call back, had to call again. They did refund me however, not once did they acknowledge the error or the inconvenience that I had to call twice. I wonder how often this occurs and guest don't realize.

I travel about every week and stay exclusively at Hilton properties. This is probably one of the best I've stayed in. The room was a room, nothing fancy. What made it great was the employees and the restaurant. Probably the best food I've ever had at a hotel restaurant. I never left the property once to eat dinner. The entire staff was friendly, fun, and entertaining. Especially the three guys bartending on Thursday night!

Room smells really bad . I requested to change room and they gave me another which smells the same. Building 4. Other people reviews have reported the same. Like old carpet, humidity, like pee. The mattress feels like old mattress, uncomfortable. The fan is very noisy. For a Hilton hotel the rooms at this location smell BAD! Location is good though. Edit: the hotel owner, or whoever is replying to all these reviews reporting the bad smell in the rooms, keep saying the same, but no action to solve the situation!
