Great location, but I'd stay at a different hotel in the area. VERY UNKIND STAFF, and the room didn't even have a shower curtain.
Very close to 5 stars but does anyone read those reviews? Start with cons because that's why you're here. Cons: App is close to worthless. It only worked for checking out. Can't check in, room key didn't work, restaurant tab didn't work. 2 night stay, day 2 got to the room (completely exhausted) and physical key/app key no longer work. Calling didn't work in app. Dragged self back to desk for new keys. No free continental breakfast; no feminine hygiene products. Nice hotel, very clean and convenient location near mall.
This place certainly shows its age. There is an odor in the lobby that my wife and I were unable to place, but it was not pleasant. They only provide enough towels for one day, so you either need to retrieve more from the front desk or have housekeeping come to your room even if you wouldn't otherwise want them to. We did not have many interactions with the staff, but those we did interact with were fine. However, the location is great.
