Solid location, but won't seem to honor group booking rates. I booked for an event this weekend using a dedicated signup link, but upon adding my hilton honors account and paying a little extra for breakfast, it seems I no longer have the group rate at all, to the tune of paying ~$650 extra. This wouldn't be an issue if it wasn't impossible to get them to honor the intended group rate, but even though I already have a room at the location during the event, I can't seem to reach anyone able to help. Literally checked in today and had to move rooms twice i may habe to move rooms tomorrow too I see chips on the door bare minimum lighting in the bathroom Faucet leaks All the rooms I been in all smell like cigarettes I've stayed at better hotels than this like a motel 6 with 6 people in 1 room was so much better than this hotel

Nice hotel but rooms are outdated. My biggest complaint was the front desk service. Both ladies working the front desk at very rude and disrespectful not only to customers but other staff as well.
