Customer Service in the restaurant is atrocious! It took three request for warm water with lemon. Gladice takes personal phone calls, but couldn't get me warm water with lemons. She never came back to ask if I needed more. I ate from the buffet. I had seconds. I walked past her and a co-worker, she turned to him, spoke in Spanish and he looked at me. I was hungry. Im a diamond member. I travel often for work. I work unpredictable long hours some days, and IM HUNGRY!

I had to write this review and say how wonderful the cleaning staff was during our stay. They went above and beyond, and were always very friendly and helpful. I stay at a lot of hotels and it’s not very often I’m impressed by cleaning staff, but you could tell they really cared! I would definitely stay here again, highly recommend.

I would like to recognize Leticia my housekeeping . I am new in town and was feeling a little sad and overwhelmed, but her kindness truly made a difference in my day. She cleaned my room beautifully and always had such a happy face and positive attitude. Small gestures like hers mean more than people realize, especially when someone is far from home. Please take good care of her — she is truly a diamond.

This hotel is far from what should be considered a Hilton standard. The check-in experience was terrible — the lady at the front desk was very rude, and the check-out experience with the older gentleman was just as disappointing. The rooms are very old and clearly need renovation. In addition, the shuttle service was not on time, which made the overall experience even more frustrating. I usually stay at DoubleTree hotels, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.
