Awesome hotel, pretty fancy. And yeah, free cookies 🥳🥳🥳 And they have a diner inside that has cheeseburgers 🍔🦆
Breakfast was supposed to be included, but it was not. Bed was comfy. Heat was insufficient. Kept kicking on and off all night. Thin walls -had to listen to someone singing until 2 am. Vending machines on first and third floors didn’t work. Staff did not care about much. Did offer points, but that didn’t resolve the issue of what we paid for and didn’t receive. Avoid this hotel if you need shuttle service to the airport. My flight was cancelled, looked on app for a hotel with an airport shuttle, I booked quick because a few hundred people also needed a hotel. It says it has a shuttle but it only runs every 2 hours and by request. I called to figure out the shuttle situation and discovered that I would have to travel by foot and take a train to a different terminal to get picked up AND wait 2 hours at the airport for the shuttle because it was otherwise engaged.
