Warm and cozy place for a cold Chicago layover. Rooms looked clean. Great hot breakfast. Taking a star off bc they must only have one shuttle driver. Called for airport pick up 9 PM and was told the driver was unable and would be clocking out soon (10PM). Then next morning at check out, driver was unavailable again due to lunch break, prescheduled drop and pick ups. Sat in the lobby for 2.5 hours waiting on the shuttle.
The best stay as usual Tonya was super friendly.
Outstanding place very close to the airport. Hotel is not new, but is very well maintained and rooms are large and quiet. Very large and comfortable bed, with everything you need!
The black lady with long curly hair in front desk is unfriendly (2025/11/24 10:40AM). In the beginning of the conversation I give her my room number (turns out I give a wrong number), and her voice sounds unpatient to correct me after checking with computer. After requesting to replace a broken chair and the plugs in the lamp, I go sit on the lobby sofa and wait for the shuttle.
