I don’t understand what makes this a 4 star hotel. We had someone constantly knocking on our door. Not sure if it was a kid messing around or housekeeping but very annoying. I had higher expectations being a 4 star which was one of the reason we stayed here but was kinda disappointed. Hotel is dated, rooms can be improved. However front desk guy was welcoming and kind. For a quick business stay this place might be ok but as far as a vacation I say pass.

I have issues with this hotel. 1.) The woman who checked me in was so dismissive and pretentious. I’ve been a business traveler of +200 plus nights on the road annually for years and she acted like I’d never stayed at a hotel before. Ask a question to her and she’d answer like I was 6. 2.) The entire time I stayed there only 1 elevator worked and it moved like molasses. 3.) They take $50 per night for a security deposit. No cap! She told me if I stayed 30 nights that’s $1500. During a week-long business stay, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and modern the facility was.
