Stayed here and went to a concert at Tinley Park..good location..
Shitty customer service and misleading amenities. They do not offer airport transfers routinely..must be booked 24 hours in advance allegedly and they only do drop offs, no pick ups. Also, poor phone etiquette.
Stuck at O'Hare, I searched for local hotels with one filter, airport shuttle. I booked and then called for information only to be informed that the shuttle requires a 24 hour in advance reservation. What??? Every hotel I've stayed at that offers an airport shuttle has the shuttle(s) running on a schedule. If management had put that IMPORTANT piece of information on Expedia, I wouldn't have booked.
