This hotel is a bit outdated. But not a show stopper. Service is always friendly. Restaurant has a limited menu but all food is very good. This is my primary hotel we traveling to Alsip. Just need to do a makeover in the near future.
Amazing food and desserts!
Overall, Hilton is a great choice in hotels, but here at DoubleTree in Alsip it is the staff that makes it great! We were greeted with a friendly smile and some cookies. Those cookies are awesome! Check-in was smooth and fast. We had actually had an issue with our flight to ORD so we were late but the staff was very accommodating and did everything they could to help out. Because we were late, there was a billing issue and it was my fault but all it took was one call and everything was handled quickly and beyond my satisfact... read more
Out enjoying a friend's 60th birthday at the Doubletree. It's a wonderful place to have events and plenty of parking.
