This whole experience was awful. My kid had fun in the Waterpark but that was the extent of positivity I experienced there. I was treated rudely (as many others) in the arcade. My wife, myself, nephew and son had spent almost $100 at their awful arcade. The games are extremely overpriced and their staff is very undertrained in customer service. I complained december 3rd about a game working improperly and her response was "we've been having a lot of problems with that game." There was no apology or offer to refund my money. ... read more
