This is one of my favorite hotels to stay in. Rita at the front desk is the best. We checked in very late and she quickly got us taken care of and was so nice to work with. Her incredible customer service will keep me coming back any time I’m in town.

I recently visited the DoubleTree for a Celebration of Life event. I didn't stay over, so I can't review the rooms. I had a very pleasant experience in the event room (first room in the right from the entrance). The staff did a wonderful job being available for any of the family's needs. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. The room was stunning! This location is phenomenal, I’m not used to traveling places that care so much and make sure you’re comfortable for your stay. Joey at the front desk answered all my questions today and made the process so smooth for me. Would definitely recommend staying here again especially with such a good staff and clean rooms. 10 stars if I could!

Check in late night had to wait for an attendant at the desk for about 20 min. No option to ring or call anyone. Tried to order room service and was told they were too busy. I walk down to dining room (not busy at all, almost empty) and asked if I could bring the food to my room (I’m with my dog. Don’t want to leave her alone as she elderly) and told no.
