Loved our stay here, though very quick, it provided a perfect night sleep after a long day of driving. Super clean rooms and very comfortable bed. Was greeting by very friendly staff and checking in was a very easy process. They have a nice restaurant and offer a full hot breakfast in the morning as well. It took a out 35 minutes to get to the Boston airport on a Monday morning around 7am.

I absolutely loved staying here!! I've lived local for years but just recently discovered this hotel. After a long and disappointing trip from Springfield I came here to unwind and I was immediately relieved the moment I walked into the room! The staff was great and it's a nice airy fluffy feel about the room! Very clean and updated decor and it had a balcony even! Every Wednesday the manager invites its guests to a gathering at the courtyard I believe for wine tasting and such if I remember correctly. And the checkout time ... read more

Like to shout out to the staff at the Doubletree Hotel at Andover Front Desk staff have been amazing while we have been here over the period of 16 weeks or more over 3 stays, special shout out to Rita and Gabby who have been amazing and kind and all the other staff here as well including the breakfast buffet team inc Gail ect such a warm welcome I highly recommend this hotel

I got to Doubletree Thursday August 14th. I have a little claustrophobia and I was told by the man in there that there were no stairs. The Front End Manager apologized for him and walked me through going up and down the stairs. My wife and kids needed towels at 930pm and the security guard working delivered to us. All around great customer service. Clean. Nice
