Our organization recently held a meeting at this hotel and had an exceptional experience. The staff was truly amazing, professional, attentive, and incredibly accommodating, making every detail seamless. The downtown location is unbeatable, with shops, the riverwalk, and some of the best restaurants all within easy walking distance. We would absolutely return for future events!
Zero out of 10 if you have been driving all night they don’t allow check ins at 5 am only at 3pm. Useless hotel honestly.

Great place for a Bend trip. Super clean, great location, fantastic staff.
Very accessible to the town. We walked everywhere from the hotel. Room was very nice and clean. Jason was very helpful with local recommendations and other requests. Pool is well kept and gym is well equipped. Would stay here again!
