Good location, disgusting rooms. Housekeeping and maintenance is non-existent. The shower floor had a large 18" crack with sharp edges. Stay here for work often. Rooms generally clean. Nice that TV hooks to some apps so can watch my shows. Breakfsst in the morning is very good. Service and attitude are great! I have had them not clean my room a few different trips some days. Might be a hotel policy?
Rooms nice and clean
Absolutely loved staying here. The rooms were so clean and the bed was comfortable. I slept great. The staff is wonderful and the location is key. You are close to everything in beautiful downtown Bend. Highly recommend staying here 🩷
