I stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Sunrise - Sawgrass Mills for 2 nights in October. While the stay itself was fine, my experience with their lost and found process was extremely disappointing and has left a lasting negative impression. I accidentally left a navy blue Eileen Fisher sleep dress hanging on the back of the bathroom door — something I realized just a few hours after checking out.
