I would like to highlight the server and the bartender at the Hotel specifically Eddie and David Jason. Their service was excellent, thoughtful and quick.
Hotel was nicer than expected considering some of the negative reviews. It was clean, room was spacious, and beds were comfortable. Service was mixed. The main issue was our room was not cleaned one day and we got home in the evening after being out all day and were disappointed. When we reported it we were blamed for leaving the do not disturb sign on the door which we did not! It was very rude to make that unfounded accusation. This hotel is listed as 4.3 stars however this needs to be seriously reviewed. We just stayed at this location and the room assigned was absolutely filthy with dog hair all over and the carpets were disgusting . The sheets even had stains which I could now fathom would be an issue in 2026. I’ve stayed in many hotels and to claim 4.3 stars is overstated .
