This place is absolutely amazing. From when you first check in to when you check out, everything was amazing. All the employees were extremely and Helpful. The lady’s at the front desk were fantastic also. I do have to give credit to Ms. Angela at the front desk. She definitely went above and beyond for me. She helped book this room. Where do I begin. Cracked walls, peeling paint, musty, wires running across the ceiling for no apparent reason and they are exposed. Wait, water…water stains on the ceiling. The bathroom sink has only two settings off or on running raging water. The curtains look like they have never seen an iron before and perhaps we balled up in a corner just prior to our arrival. Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing for several reasons. First, parking was a major issue. It was very difficult to find a spot, and once we did, we had quite a long walk to the main lobby. This was especially inconvenient when carrying luggage. Second, the shower water pressure was extremely low. Be prepared to spend a lot of time just trying to rinse off—especially if you have long or thick hair. It was our first time here and it will not be our last! Everyone there from the young lady at check in, the employees in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast, the young ladies throughout the hotel helping/ room service, the gentleman who was cleaning the pool and surroundings, even the gentleman renting the bikes all showed EXCEPTIONAL HOSPITALITY!!! I didn’t have any issues with parking and the beach is directly across the street THANK YOU JESUS😁🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

I checked out of the Double Tree in HH this morning. I stayed because I took advantage of the HH Grand Vacations promotion. My stay was four days, three nights. My room had a pool view. 1st let me just say not one day during my stay did any member of staff come to the pool daily and pick up the used towels. Every day more and more used towels piled up at the pool. That made me assume it they aren't worried about the pool deck, they may not be concerned with keeping the pool clean so we passed on using the pool. The balcony w... read more
