The phone in my room didn't work. I called the hotel from my cell phone 7 times and no answer. There was no thermostat in my room. No blanket, only a short to cover up with. I asked if the pool was heated upon check in and was told yes. It was cold as ice. I would never stay here again. For $126.00 ... it's a joke
Upon checkout, we asked about breakfast and front desk barely acknowledged us, stating restaurant was closed to prepare for a big group. We asked about a credit and he waved us toward the snack section and continued to look at his laptop. Rude.
Can't beat it for the price. I've been in to many hotels to count because of family and this place had the perfect mixture of amenities, kind staff, clean rooms, great pool, a basketball court, bar/restaurant, and finally an ok gym which is the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5.
