As a Diamond member I will be calling corporate. The new evening girl Brittney is the most rudest and quite frankly dumbest manager ever. She made me put my card on file twice for incidentals but instead of a 50$ charge she charged my card twice for the room amount!! When I told her that the card reader was showing the room amount she replied “oh it does that sometimes “.
