I had the most incredible experience at this DoubleTree. From the moment I called until the moment I checked out, the level of care was exceptional. I had inadvertently booked myself at another Hilton for September 2 when I actually needed a room for September 1. Inder, the gentleman who answered the phone, immediately told me he would take care of it and that he looked forward to seeing me when I arrived that evening. I kinda have my full review in each separated section, but I absolutely loved this hotel! It had a wonderful location, kind staff, looks beautiful, and overall was enjoyable to stay at! Our only complaints were that they didn't have normal snickers (only the ice cream kind) and that they only have 2 carts. Edit: I almost forgot to mention, the cookies were delicious and warm!

From the moment I walked in, the smell was intense. There are multiple synthetic fragrances sprayed throughout the building and none of them are pleasant. The room was very humid. I’m thankful that it was a quiet evening.
