This double tree is nice and quiet and clean,the blonde and dark long haired girls at the front were very nice as we walked in the beds were spotless and well maintained, and the fitness center is clean and pretty decent, the pool was clean and big, I do think they should add a Jacuzzi by the pool area cause we were freezing cold when we got out. Overall the hotel is a good place to stay and the cookies were delicious

I have to make monthly visits to Fullerton for a week at a time. As a Hilton Diamond member I try to stay loyal to the brand. What a mistake. Nothing about this property is inviting - the parking is awful, the hotel smells like an assisted living center, and aside from a couple of exceptions the staff is disinterested in being helpful. While I was at the local office my wife was working from the hotel room each day. Felt like home. First, the A/C picks up and gets the room cool - especially this summer time. The available space is decent. Water pressure was great. No need to bring shampoo, conditioner and body wash as they’re all provided. This location is perfect with different food surrounding the hotel. There’s also a carwash nearby to clean our car after a long drive. And to top it all, their service was quick and Edith from the front desk understood us and provided us with what we needed. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.I paid in advance for the room for 2 nights,then the hotel charged me AGAIN...2 times for the room..They agreed to remove the second charge,then they never did,then they argued with me over the phone.They are EXTREMELY rude.Also there is almost no parking at this hotel,there are homeless people everywhere in the parking lot,hotel is in a very bad area.The hallways smelled like Marijuana smoke.DON'T STAY HERE.I am disputing the charges with my credit card company.Nightmare hotel.
