The hotel is nice, but could use a few small changes. The lights need to be updated as they don't match in color, and some are not operational. The thermostat was missing a cover, and the bed was not made up went we returned to the room in the evening. Only the towels were changed. The television in the living room could not connect to the cloud so it was partially operational. The refrigerator overheated, and the sink near the fridge was not operational. The room was modern and clean. Staff very nice. The room was a bit small for 2 queen sized beds. There was only 1 chair in the room, we asked for another chair, but they did not have extra chairs. I was mistakenly expecting a free breakfast buffet, such as with Hampton Inns by Hilton, which was not the case. Breakfast for purchase in the attached restaurant.
hotel is clean. Staff is friendly. the front end staff is always smiling and friendly especially the young lady Kelly. My issue with the hotel: i am a diamond member with Hilton, i stay at double trees because the service is that much better than a hampton inn.
