Disappointed with Double Tree El Paso. Been to a bunch of different ones around Texas and New Mexico and have never had a problem. To start with the rooms had no fridge or microwave. The hot water never got up to temp., it was barely warm. No complimentary breakfast, they did have a resturaunt though. House keeping didn't come to room until 5:45 P. M. And I didn't even know they had a pool until the last day I was there. It was a good looking hotel, all the staff were very friendly and NOT Dismissive, but over all I feel the... read more

Fist off my reservation was not ready on time it took them about 1 hour to get me into one of my rooms and another 45 min for my other room . all the front counter lady told us was "just go walk around and wait" I guess she didn't care it was about 100 degrees outside... Next morning we woke up and had been attacked by bed bugs and not managent nor corporate did anything about it.. Never going back again!! Very bad experience!

Definitely 5 stars and had a blast at The first Annual Fort Bliss BOSS Masquerade Ball. The service was so great we got a room and stayed overnight it was really nice and beds were comfortable. Very nice front desk personnel and the bar was nice near the pool.

I have to say Oscar in the bar is one of the most friendly people that I have met in my travels across the USA kudos to Double Tree for hiring somebody of such high-caliber.

As usual at Hilton properties, the wifi is almost non existent. Absent, here. The last 2 days, no hot water. No in room fridge, but there's a safe! And, it looks like room service sends a full jar of mayo with the food, which cannot stay chilled but is most certainly re-used. Nothing like salmonella to ruin a vacation. An Hhonors member since 1984, I'm done.

Absolutely loved the staff, great customer service, beds are so confortable. Views from our roo. were great. Would stay again.
