The rooms are nice, but parking garage is a nightmare. Spaces too small, not driver friendly. We were shuttled to the Sun Bowl and told to call and they would pick us up at the drop off spot. When we called we were told we couldn't be picked up at the drop off spot. The person on the phone said no thru traffic there. We assured him that we were looking at cars going thru freely. My job puts me here but hoping never to return! I got to my room after a long day only to find it had not been cleaned. One of my co workers same problem since he was going he took my key. 30 years living out of a suitcase I have always had a hotel give me a different room, not the case here I was made to stand out in the hallway for 40 minutes waiting for my room I was told by the employee at the desk if I wanted to change cloths I could do it in the public restroom. Not impressed for the price every time I went to use something it was closed the shower was cold and internet service was spotty. I’ve been in cheaper hotels with better service and had a refrigerator in the room to boot. Had to settle for ice here.

The staff was amazing . I had so many things going on and they made everything easier and helped in more ways then I could have asked for. Definitely gonna stay here again.

Absolutely AMAZING,!!!!!! This was an awesome experience!!!!! There are sooo many people that made our stay so welcoming and easy, and fun that I couldn’t even mention them all!!!!! It truly felt like family!!!! Fast, Friendly, Caring Staff,,,, Excellent food, room service, accuracy in everything,,, from booking, to the restaurant, Bar and wait staff, housekeeping, and every aspect!!!!! We encountered some issues with hot water and internet but the staff was on it and made sure we were comfortable the general manager mike was amazing he gave me his personal cell phone number and responded immediately to my concerns thank you mike !!!

My sister celebrated my nieces graduation party on Saturday. Originally had booked the terrace. Since it was forecast to rain the venue was changed to the ballroom. It was one of many changes. Even though it was not what my sister had slected, down to the menu. It all turned out beautiful. The view to the fireworks was amazing and enjoyed by all.
