My return experience was just as bad. After arriving back at Denver International Airport, I waited over 1.5 hours for the parking shuttle, and not a single shuttle showed up. I called customer service multiple times, but they were unhelpful, provided no clear information, and made no effort to resolve the situation. We booked this airport hotel mainly because it offered a complimentary airport shuttle. When we tried to reserve the 6:00 a.m. shuttle for our flight, we were told it was already full. The only available options were 5:00 a.m. or 6:30 a.m., which were either much earlier than necessary or too risky for an early morning flight. I understand that shuttle seats may be limited, and we did arrive late. Clean , sufficient and quite suitable for early morning travelers as they operate free shuttle to airport . Spend a night there slept like a baby . Overall a great 10/10 .
