We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, and the hotel is right across the street from Target and Chick-Fil-A.
I am highly disappointed with this DoubleTree hotel and I only stayed here 1 night. First when I got here I the room was warm, no problem, I set the thermostat to 65 and I left for dinner about 7pm. I also put the complimentary water in the fridge. I came back from dinner at about 11:30pm and the room temperature had not gone down a bit it was still at a balmy 72. We chose this hotel strictly for the location. Close to a sugery center we were using. Tuesday night experience was exasperating to say the least. We're promised room's on same floor, yes same floor okay. Just different towers. Oh my gosh. Also told we could use a wheelchair, which was desperately needed for surgical patient. We stay here when visiting our son. Great location for us and rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is friendly.
