Pre-stay: We needed to make a change to the reservation a week before our stay. We were told over the phone that the change was completed per our request. However, no confirmation email came through immediately. When it did, the confirmation information was incorrect. No heat in room, came into room and it was set on 65 then engineer came up and said they have problems in the summer with AC and in the winter the heat. The room smelled musty. I couldn’t get the front desk to pick up and waited over 5 minutes on the phone just for her to say keep waiting. Finally had to move rooms at 9pm. The breakfast is a complete rip off. Go somewhere else for a nice breakfast that you actually get what you want. They only offer a small selective menu. Then they charge $15 for parking! Basically go somew... read more
