Street noise, nothing complimentary
This hotel is nice, but the service is better. I did have a loud neighbor when I went to my first room and Jaida was able to accommodate me when I came downstairs and get me a new room. She made it right with breakfast, which is always a bonus when having to switch rooms. She was also very personable. Beds are super comfortable, I have a bad back so that’s always nice. One of the only flaws is the water pressure is not the best.
I stayed here for a family reunion about 2 weeks ago. Upon arrival, the room I picked on the mobile app was not available, so I was assigned to a different room. Turns out, that room was closed for maintenance. No worries...Cece was more than apologetic and willing to make it right! She was the true definition of great customer service.
