The family and I were there for a con. This hotel was a experience… I’m not someone who leaves a review but… I’ll start with the pros: The location was perfect and has many walking distance places to go to and the fact it’s “connected” to the RIVER CENTER where the con was located. El hotel esta muy céntrico, es muy agradable y limpio, el desayuno muy completo y en líneas generales esta muy bien. Solo que nos tocó una habitacion donde el aire decía que estaba en 65 pero nos dio calor y el envase de crema estaba vacío, son detalles pero sin duda volveria sobre todo por la ubicación
Really nice views from our room. The hotel needs many updates. Only one elevator works. Everything is a little beat and worn. The bathrooms both on the room and the lobby were gross. Need a lot of cleaning. For a Hilton it was a let down.
Key Issues Encountered: Amenities: Despite online photos implying a microwave, the room lacked one. This was a critical issue for my wife, a nursing mother, who was forced to make repeated trips to the lobby to sterilize breast pump components. Cleanliness: The room was poorly maintained, featuring sticky surfaces and trash left under the vanity.
