Stayed here the night of my wedding and the whole experience was terrible. No one could give us a straight answer about early check-in or even work to try to accommodate us for earlier check-in. When we finally got there, the front desk person did absolutely nothing but a bare bones check-in. We had to prompt him where to park for the lot. He says it is full and we have to pay a second time to park (because the DT wraps a parking charge into their fees knowing they can't acrually accommodate everyone. Absolutely terrible experience here with terrible customer service. We were staying here after our wedding and wanted to try to check in early and use the space to get ready. When we booked, they couldn't guarantee early check-in which was fair. They said it likely wouldn't be an issue but call night before or morning of and they should have a better idea. Luke warm shower and one elevator. Bed was clean so that's a plus.
I was very hungover and went down to the front desk for a toothbrush and toothpaste - the staff was so courteous and kind. GM was there as well and asked how stay was going. Not too often you see the GM around and checking in - and so professional and personable. Not to mention great style. Will be back!
