Our experience was very good. Love the fact that we actually had a patio that was a view literally on the beach. The salt in the air helped my allergies and sinuses and it was amazing. I really did not want to come back to the Dallas. The staff was very attentive and friendly, and the room was very clean. Bathroom was plenty of space, and had no problems connecting to Internet and getting what we need to get done.
Hilton app is falsifying information. When selecting dates it says "91000 points for stay" I have 93000. Go to check out and its still making me pay extra on top of the all 93000 of ny points. Custoner "Care" didnt really care about all. Word of advice stay away from hilton. They were great, im a Diamond member, so I've stayed with them a lot. But I will be staying with Marriott from now on. There Custer Service is far superior, just wanted to have a nice getaway. However they have ruined it. Thanks Hilton!
Great location. Has everything you need. Restaurants, pool bar and beach access. Clean rooms, friendly staff.
I got a room with a bay view, and it was excellent! The hotel is minutes away from the USS Lexington, and I could see it from my room. The bed was a little hard and It wasn't very comfortable, but overall I enjoyed my one night stay. I'm planning on a longer stay next month. The beach is right below, and the pool has a bar. You can rent jet skis or chairs to relax in the sun
I am extremely satisfied with our stay. Particularly, Arriana, the concierge, was a lifesaver! She went above and beyond to accommodate us after learning about our experience at the Days Inn Wyndham. All the staff members were exceedingly polite, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was delightful, and the swimming pool was also enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful mini vacation for us.
