Great location and views. 3 restaurants in walking distance, gift shops and local attractions. Staff was very friendly and a pleasure to do business with. The room was clean for the most part but the devil is in the details. This applies to not just the rooms but the entire hotel. You’ll see clean floors up until the corners, clean windows up until the corners, clean curtain rods, shower railings and more all clean up until the corners. Glad we went a little off season. Great view, access to the beach, and nice pool. The room was decent…carpet was a bit old and felt damp. The breakfast was good (typical for a hotel buffet style) but beware they charge. Parking was decent but there is a charge and gets full quickly.

My husband and i stayed the weekend for the first time. The service during check-in was incredible!!!! Everyone was extremely nice, the warm fresh baked cookies were delicious, very sweet surprise. Room was very nice and comfortable, the view of the new Harbour Bridge from the balcony was beautiful. Saturday morning we set up our awning and chairs and enjoyed our mimosas while listening to the waves. We can't wait to do this again.
