This place is the best. From check in to check out they were amazing. My granddaughter was stung by a jelly fish. Christie I believe is her name went far beyond what was expected and help her beyond. And staff even came to her room that night to help her get relief from the sting. The food was amazing, service was great. Desk people the best. Great stay. The parking is by a second company, so check you bill. We stayed 3 days but got charged for 5 and PMC has not responded to my messages for over a week and a half.
Worst experience of my life. I had a bay front balcony room. The female front desk was not hospitable during check-in. They gave me a lumpy bed with wrinkled sheets that looked like a 6-year-old made the bed. Balcony had no table. (guess you have to put your food or drinks on the ground). Balcony rails were bulky and white (hard to see any views through). After midnight when I got in bed the SHEETS were wet. I called front desk and complained.
