Robyn Dallas at the front desk is amazing!!! She was so warm, welcoming, enthusiastic, friendly, engaging and helpful. She really loves her job. A wonderful experience after a day in the airports.
Darlene at the restaurant is wonderful!!! We stopped for a drink after a flight. The bar was closed but Darlene was kind and served us wine. The front desk staff gave us free warm delicious cookies and Darlene gave us tasty free coffee to go with it. ☕️ I am sick and my asthma has not been great lately. It's like they knew that I needed coffee and chocolate to help me breathe!!! We were meant to stop there. Sweet staff.
This was probably one of my favorite Hilton stays so far! Sarah at the front desk was terrific and was able to help me with an early check-in (as well as welcomed me with a signature cookie!). Jacob in the dining area, even while hustling to take orders and deliver food, still found time to welcome me and crack a joke. My room was clean, updated, smelled great, and for being located next to an airport, whisper quiet. This was the perfect location for a very early morning flight, I would certainly stay here again.
Although located adjacent to CVG airport, not really reachable by foot, and you should plan on calling the property for a complimentary shuttle ride. The property is clean and well-maintained. The room I was given was spacious, clean, and comfortable, a bit dated but with an updated shower. No bedside light, which kind of bothered me a bit, but otherwise with the usual amenities, the room is cleaned daily (should request at check-in) and an on-site restaurant.
