Brain checked us in very quickly room was nice went and used the pool and mother in law slipped on the pool stairs very slick after wards went up to Room to shower from our soak in the spa myself slipped in shower and busted up my foot and hurt back let the front desk know Brain said he will put in notes on computer .. be very careful in the shower they look nice but there is no grip on stone floor and the shampoo s hang on wall behind door and the floor is slick when wet have not heard back from hotel about issues and my fo... read more
The accommodations for Handicapped people are terrible. Bathtubs are dangerous for Handicapped people but their rooms are equipped for one person and not two, 2 beds in a room would be great just in case of a fall in a slippery tub.
