Beautiful location but I was disappointed at the cleanliness of the room. We found ants and bedbugs which isn’t something I’d expect from a Hilton property and because the hotel was full we couldn’t be moved to another room with 2 Queen beds. When I checked in on the 9th there was another couple at the desk complaining of ants in their room also.
Room not ready well after check in. Rude staff. No military or first responder discount. Felt very unwelcome.
So far a wonderful stay.
I stayed here for almost a week with my kids and the manager Erika was the sweetest, kindest person I’ve ever encountered in a hotel. She was so personable and so kind. On top of that, the hotel is 10 minutes from two different beaches, 1 less private than the other, but still great. This is a great place to stay, close to all the shops, and quaint and cozy.
