Frozen food...not fresh at all...all come from refrigerator to pte directly
Perfect stay, clean huge room, comfy king bed, friendly frontdesk for check in and out, toiletries from crabtree & evelyn smell really good, towels, full length mirror, safety box, coffee machine etc all in. Free cookies on check in and it's so yummy and timely. Responsive reply to email, held the room for us for super late check-in. Free parking, within 15 min drive to Calgary airport. First time at this Hotel ?? Just a HEADS UP! Please Read carefully a two bottle of water inside your room has price tag on it they charge you after you check out in your security deposit in credit card .,for us 2 night-200 $ deposit. Is not a big deal .. We thought is a complementary.LOL. No white clear plastic garbage bag inside our room both, I asked one of staff. Best in location.
We had a company event at this hotel and lunch was organized. In front of a soup, ‘vegetarian soup’ was written so me and other veg people ate it. After having the soup, we got to know there was Turkey inside it. When I approached the waitress, she very casually said oh yea that’s a wrong tag. I mean, how can you be so casual about it. And in the first place, how can a hotel make such blunder! You guys made a bunch of vegetarian people eat meat. This is a huge mess up and a disaster! Sharing this here to make others aware
