We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. During our stay, the housekeeping did not refill our supplies. We had to either handle it ourselves or call the front desk to bring more, which was inconvenient. Although we left daily tips, the housekeeping only took the tips without properly cleaning the room or refilling the supplies. The bed linens were never changed during the 5 nights, which gave a very poor impression, as staying in the same bedding for several days is not comfortable. Came to this place as it has decent ratings and included breakfast. It was shortest place to the zoo and science center. This could have been any hotel though. What truly stood out was the front desk manager. I think her name was Angela or Angelica. She was training a new person but hlthat didn't stop her from being very friendly and warm. We had to leave due to emergency at home and she actually showed care, which can be unusual. She made the experience great and I truly thank her for such a positive experience.

I stayed here for about two weeks and, unfortunately, this has been one of the most disappointing Hilton experiences I’ve had. As a Hilton Diamond member, I received no Honors benefits at all — not even a basic room upgrade. Housekeeping was a daily source of stress: rooms were often not cleaned even late into the day, or cleaned improperly.
