Room was very spacious. Hotel was very nice so was the lady at the desk. Stayed in a suite, wish the pull out couch was replaced or had the upholstery cleaned. This hotel is a MUCH BETTER option than Embassy (a couple buildings away). Like I that I can do everything in the app (keys to all the doors, check in & out)
My kids said this is 4.5 stars. But only because they dont have spiny doors. 🤣 They also have no idea how this is only a 3 star hotel because its so great! We'll visit again. Everyone is so friendly, the cookies are awesome, it smells great, the pillows are SUPER comfy, whats bot to like!
Disappointing Stay Not Up to DoubleTree Standards We stayed at this hotel on July 4th and were very disappointed with our experience. As soon as we entered the room, we were hit with a strong smell of a substance smoke, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. To mask the odor, the air conditioning had been set to an uncomfortably cold 68 degrees. Had a great stay ! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I would stay there again. Pool is small but better than nothing lol. Gym was nice as well.
