Candy at the downstairs bar is PHENOMENAL. She remembers drink orders and details about what you're doing when you're not in the hotel. Seriously, tremendous customer service! The room was clean, thank you! Most of the other employees have been amazing. Had a less than stellar experience with the late night clerk, but overall this is a great location with (almost all) positive interactions.
Pricey parking. Lot was used by non guests as well, and they didn't pay.
The rooftop lounge is amazing
Great hotel! Clean and quiet, stuffs are super friendly, Cheryl helped us a lot. Definitely will come back again
