We had a great experience and Heather at the front desk was wonderful!
Location is within walking distance of the coliseum, restaurants, and shopping. Parking is an additional fee per day. Staff was courteous and acknowledged us each time we passed by. Room, linens, and bathroom were all clean.
I stayed here for a work event and was so pleased with the helpful staff. The first night I asked to be switched to a room with a tub and Charlotte upgraded me to the bridal suite without me even having to ask! The room was beautiful and it was so nice to enjoy a bath while watching the sunset out the bathroom window. I’ll definitely be coming back!
