Terrence was the best front desk agent I have ever experienced
This place is perfect for what it is. Not too fancy, small rooms, but all you need for a quick stay. Close to downtown, clean, comfy beds, quiet rooms, would definitely recommend and return.
The buffet breakfast was delicious and very refreshing.Jill was are waitress and she was wonderful so pleasant and helpful!
The customer service at this hotel is BEYOND what Ive seen in a long time! Becky and Jessica were EXCEPTIONAL! Just pleasantly and genuinely nice people! They went above and beyond just because, you don't see service like this anymore, anywhere! I would stay at this hotel just because of the great service. Its not the most modern but everything was clean and comfortable!
