They no longer have a hot tub as advertised on the website and that was the whole reason we chose the DoubleTree, but the customer service was so good, just above and beyond, by the front desk that I would highly recommend this hotel (just don't expect a hot tub.) The gentleman who checked us in the previous evening was also very nice and helpful and the room was clean.

The hotel is a good hotel, that could use a little updating. The rooms are nice and clean, and everyone is super nice. I am writing this review to specifically give a shout out to Jill, who works in the on site restaurant. I always looked forward to the mornings when she worked the breakfast shift. Her kindness and care made my days a little easier during my stay there while a loved one was in the hospital. Jill, if you see this, thank you. You were greatly appreciated!
